Jonna Weissenbach

CEO/Executive Director
Jonna has been in the healthcare staffing industry since 1993. Jonna has truly worked her way to the top, beginning as a staffer for Favorite Nurses and swiftly promoted to Supervisor. She was with them for about 7 years, and for many of those she was the Assistant Director of the National Travel Nurse Division. Jonna has since been a Branch Director for StarMed and a Midwest Regional Director. Jonna brings an amazing amount of experience and an extraordinary amount of dedication and energy to Cascade. You absolutely will not find another person more dedicated to excellence in this field.

 

 


Kellen Weissenbach

COO/Director of Operations
Kellen brings over 8 years of operational experience in the staffing industry to Cascade. He began his career in healthcare staffing in 1999 with the startup of StarMed in Topeka, KS helping to build the office into one of the top ten branches in the company at that time. Prior to joining Cascade, Kellen served as a Branch Director for a national healthcare staffing firm, managing an active roster of over 300 healthcare professionals. During his free time Kellen has been very active with the March of Dimes and the United Way and serves as the current Vice President of the Alumni Board for Delta Sigma Phi at NWMSU.

 

 


Tonja Reynolds

Regional Director
Tonja began her career in healthcare staffing in 1994 as a staffing coordinator for Favorite Nurses, staffing hospitals and other facilities in cities such as Boston, Worcester, San Antonio and Atlanta. Tonja was swiftly promoted to a coporate training position. Just prior to joining Cascade, Tonja was a Branch Director in Kansas City for a national staffing company.

 

 

 


Jay Sluyter

Director of Client Relations
Jay brings over 20 years of operations management and marketing experience to Cascade. Prior to joining Cascade, he was a successful marketing and operations manager for Blockbuster Video. Jay's philosophy is quite simple: Whatever you are, be a good one.

 

 

 

 


Kendra Consiglio

Director of Personnel
Kendra received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from NWMSU and also holds a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining Cascade Kendra was the Lead U.S. Sales/Training Coordinator with a medical company in Florida. This position required the initial new hire set-up and coordination of several sales training classes for 120+ field sales representatives all across the United States. Kendra brings over 6 years of human resources and personnel management experience to Cascade. She also coordinates our company charitable relations programs including our Cascade C.A.N. program – providing canned goods to the City Union Mission of Kansas City and Topeka; and Cascade C.A.R.E.S. (Charitable Activities Requiring our Energy and Skills) – Cascade employees donate a work day from regularly scheduled work to volunteer at area medical facilities, animal shelters, food kitchens and other beneficial organizations in our community.
